Life Coaching for Women Navigating Change, Loss, and New Beginnings

I help women move through grief, aging, recovery, and life’s most challenging transitions — so they can find peace, purpose, and creative joy on the other side.

TRANSITIONS

Navigate life’s pivots with grace, whether it’s divorce, career change, or a shift in identity.

RECOVERY

Support for women walking the path of sobriety and healing — one step, one truth, at a time.

Reframe aging as a sacred rite of passage, and step into this chapter with strength and vitality.

AGING

RELATIONSHIPS

Heal old wounds, set boundaries, and cultivate the relationships you deserve.

What I Specialize In

HEALTH

Move through health challenges with gentleness and support — body, mind, and soul.

GRIEF & DYING

Hold space for sorrow, honor what’s been lost, and find light again after deep loss.

DREAM ANALYSIS

Tap into the messages of your subconscious. Your dreams are more than stories — they are wisdom waiting to be heard.

WHAT IS LIFE COACHING?

Coaching is a relationship founded on trust between coach and client.

It is a safe place for the client to explore issues, painful thoughts, dissatisfactions, limiting beliefs, dreams, and goals.

Unlike therapy, coaching focuses on the present and prepares for

the future.  It is a powerful process designed to remove blocks to

our essential selves and break through limiting beliefs.
